We always assess upholstery prior to cleaning, undertaking a colour test where necessary. Due to the nature of the deep cleaning process, we recommend a 4 to 8-hour drying time depending on the item and the level of cleaning required. At Markless we have over 20 years’ experience in the cleaning of all types of upholstery including, sofas, chairs, benches and vehicle upholstery. We are fully insured to work on all types of fabric and leather upholstery.

• Pre-treatment Upholstery is thoroughly vacuumed prior to deep cleaning. Difficult stains are pre-sprayed using the appropriate solution to aid the removal process.
• Cleaning Equipment Our top-of-the-range water extraction machine has been designed to break up dirt, bacteria and allergens in the fibres of upholstery items and draws out the dirty water and chemicals from the sofa or chair, leaving no residue behind.
• Upholstery Cleaning Products We use a wide range of nontoxic solutions for general cleaning and the removal of stains and odours. All our products can be safely used in environments with children and pets and we also use eco-friendly options wherever possible.
• Upholstery Protection We can apply a water-based protection coat to your sofa or chairs that protects furniture from future staining and re-soiling with an invisible coating that is almost 100% stain proof.
